Digitally Cut Vinyl - Ships USPS Ground Advantage at no cost to United States addresses. International shipping available at market cost.
Printed Vinyl Graphics, Yard Signs, Banners - Ships UPS Ground at no cost. International shipping not available.
Custom Apparel - Ships DHL and/or USPS Priority.
Returns & Exchanges
If there is an issue with your product, please send details and photos to sales@provinylco.com immediately upon receiving (within 7 days of delivery date) . In most cases, we will send out a replacement immediately. We severely damaged packaging due to shipper mishandling, we will file a claim with the shipper but send your replacement immediately.
Keep in mind that vinyl can NOT be damaged during regular shipping. If the ends of a graphic have become not flat, this is a result of the paper liner holding that shape and not the vinyl being damaged. The vinyl will still install flat.
We generally do not accept excahnges as every one of our products are custom made to order. Please ensure you order the correct size, color, spelling, etc. Email sales@provinylco.com with your specifics to discuss.
